Panelist
An economist with a focus on economic development and strategic marketing, he currently serves as General Director of Fundación Libertad y Progreso. He is a professor at the University of Belgrano (Argentina) and author of La clave es la Libertad. He is also a member of the Institute of Ethics and Political Economy at the National Academy of Moral and Political Sciences. His professional journey includes founding Delphos Investment and C&E Consultores, serving as President of Republic Investment Management, and managing the Aleph funds. He has also held executive roles at Techint and Medsystem SpA, and has played an active role in civic initiatives, founding Ciudadanos por el Cambio and Foro Republicano.

Dan Mitchell

Chairman of the Center for Freedom and Prosperity, a pro-market public policy organization he founded in 2000.
His major research interests include tax reform, international tax competition, the economic burden of government spending, and other fiscal policy issues.
He worked at the Heritage Foundation and Cato Institute, he has decades of experience authoring papers, writing editorials, working with the public policy community, and presenting the free-market viewpoint to newspaper, television, and radio media. Currently, he is part of The 1841 Foundation as Director.

Chief Economist at Tressis, fund manager, and professor of Global Economics at IE Business School and Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles, he holds a PhD in Economics and a Master’s in Economic Research. He is President of Instituto Mises Hispano and serves on the Advisory Board of Fundación Rafael del Pino. Recognized as one of Spain’s most influential voices (Expansión, 2021) and ranked among the top 5 most influential economists worldwide (Richtopia, 2020), he has consistently been named among the top three fund managers by the Extel Survey. He is also a prolific author and media contributor.

David Lesperance

David Lesperance is a leading international tax and immigration advisor with over three decades of experience guiding high-net-worth families on residence, citizenship, and domicile strategies. Co-author of a landmark book on global mobility of wealth, he combines legal expertise with personal experience, having relocated his own family multiple times and secured lineage citizenships. His "Back-Up Plans" are designed to be both tax-efficient and aligned with lifestyle needs, helping families protect their wealth, mobility, and well-being.

Writer, investor, and founder of Casey Research, renowned for his contrarian vision and Austrian School economic approach. Author of several books, including Crisis Investing, which became a New York Times bestseller in 1980. With a career defined by strategic speculation, precious metals investing, and an anarcho-capitalist philosophy, Casey is an influential voice in debates on markets, politics, and economic freedom.

Elise Donovan

CEO of BVI Finance, has extensive global work experience and is recognized for expanding BVI’s financial services worldwide. She held roles at BVI House Asia, BVI London Office, and various BVI organizations, contributing to build strategic relationships and seminars on BVI’s financial services business. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Carleton University and Columbia University. Author of numerous articles on BVI’s role as a leading international finance center.

Enrica Casagrande

She is a lawyer and public notary, graduated from Universidad de la República, Uruguay, and is currently Partner at UNTITLED SLC, with a strong focus on international wealth planning and cross-border structures. Throughout her career, she has specialized in wealth planning, international taxation, and fiduciary services.

Francisco Tochetti

Lawyer, specialized in estate and wealth planning, with over 13 years of experience in the industry. He currently serves as Director of International Wealth Planning at BFC Asesores.
He is a TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner, STEP) and holds several master’s degrees and postgraduate qualifications in International Taxation and Corporate Compliance in Spain and Uruguay.
He is a published author and lecturer in the field of tax and wealth planning.

Leo Piccioli

He holds a cum laude degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and has built a solid career in the business world. Argentinian political scientist, broadcaster, and journalist, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. She runs a fast-growing YouTube channel where she offers political and economic analysis, interviews with key figures, and coverage of current affairs. She has contributed as a columnist to various media outlets, including La Nación+, Neura Media, and América TV, and is a speaker on politics and economics.

María Eugenia Talerico

She is a criminal lawyer specializing in financial integrity, money laundering, and terrorist financing. Former Vice President of the Argentine Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) from 2016 to 2020.
She is involved in education and is a speaker in various programs focused on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, organized crime, and corruption.
She represented the UIF in global meetings at FATF, GAFILAT, the EGMONT Group, OECD, OAS, G20, among others. In 2017, she took part as an expert in operational and legal aspects on the assessment team for Panama's 4th Round of Mutual Evaluations by FATF.
She was also the Co-Chair of GAFILAT's Mutual Evaluations Working Group (GTEM).

Martín Litwak
