Luis Abot

Lawyer, Director of Legal Department at Fundación Democracia.Master’s Degree: National Strategic Intelligence for the 21st Century – Course offered by the National School of Intelligence.He worked for Judicial Power of Government of the Province of Buenos Aires, Judicial Department of Necochea, and Advisory Member on Legal Matters for the Security Council of the Province of Buenos Aires.

Martín Litwak

Keynote speaker, book author, columnist, teacher and entrepreneur.
Known for his fierce defense of offshore jurisdictions, Martín also defines himself as a champion of international tax competition, a defender of privacy, and an estate planning advocate.

Marianela Mendoza

Lawyer specialized in tax law who defends the rights of private property, freedom, and taxpayers.
She currently works for the Fundación Internacional Bases as an Associate Researcher in the tax area, and also independently for Asesoría Jurídica Digital Mendoza & Asociados.

Dan Mitchell

Chairman of the Center for Freedom and Prosperity, a pro-market public policy organization he founded in 2000.
His major research interests include tax reform, international tax competition, the economic burden of government spending, and other fiscal policy issues. Having also worked at the Heritage Foundation and Cato Institute, he has decades of experience authoring papers, writing editorials, working with the public policy community, and presenting the free-market viewpoint to newspaper, television, and radio media.

Diana Mondino

Economics degree and MBA from IESE (Spain). Director of International Relations at CEMA University / Teacher of Finance / CEO of Roela Bank and Siro On-line / Independent Director of Loma Negra, Bodegas Bianchi.

David Saied Torrijos

Economist of the Austrian school.

He was Vice Minister of Economy and Director of Public Policies at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Panama, where he led the implementation of Panama Emprende, a legal reform that repealed multiple licenses (commercial, delinquent, industrial, etc.) and gave citizens the power to obtain a permit to operate most companies in a single step, thru the internet.

A graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, he earned his Master’s degree in Economic Policy with the highest grade point average.
