Chairman of the Center for Freedom and Prosperity, a pro-market public policy organization he founded in 2000.
His major research interests include tax reform, international tax competition, the economic burden of government spending, and other fiscal policy issues.
Having also worked at the Heritage Foundation and Cato Institute, he has decades of experience authoring papers, writing editorials, working with the public policy community, and presenting the free-market viewpoint to newspaper, television, and radio media.
Pablo has held a number of senior positions in several major financial institutions and consulting firms, where he has excelled at advising clients on financial, accounting and tax driven structures.
He has also been involved extensively with privacy rights, tax and policy issues in Latin America.
Pablo holds an Industrial Engineer degree from the Universidad Catolica Argentina, and a Master’s degree from NYU, Leonard Stern School of Business.

He was Vice Minister of Economy and Director of Public Policies at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Panama, where he led the implementation of Panama Emprende, a legal reform that repealed multiple licenses (commercial, delinquent, industrial, etc.) and gave citizens the power to obtain a permit to operate most companies in a single step, thru the internet.
A graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, he earned his Master’s degree in Economic Policy with the highest grade point average.
Peter Cotorceanu, a lawyer with unique expertise, implemented an AEOI regime at UBS, specializing in FATCA for offshore trust companies. After leaving UBS, he founded G&TCA and served as Of Counsel at Anaford Attorneys. His extensive legal career includes roles at Baker & McKenzie Zurich, law professorships, and membership in legal committees. Peter holds multiple legal licenses, LL.B. (Hons) from Victoria University, J.D. (with Distinction) from Duke University Law School, and LL.M. (Tax) from NYU School of Law. He’s a certified Trusts and Estates Practitioner, a speaker at global conferences, and an author on fiduciary challenges in CRS and FATCA compliance.
A Scholar of Cambridge University with a First Class Degree in Law, and now senior partner of Travers Thorp Alberga Cayman Islands and BVI attorneys at law, Anthony previously spent 30 years serving as the Senior Partner and Managing Partner of Maples and Calder.
Anthony was the architect of the legislation governing key financial services in the Cayman Islands including the Exempted Limited Partnership Law 1991 and the Mutual Funds Law 1993 which formed the foundation for private equity and investment funds in the Cayman Islands. He has served as Chairman of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange, as President of the Cayman Islands Law Society and as the Chairman of Cayman Finance.
Founder and President of LGS & Associates, specializing in global business development, including assisting Caribbean Governments in addressing globalization challenges. With decades of experience in the BVI public service, she co-established BVI Finance, fostering the financial services industry. Her extensive network spans the business community, international NGOs, and global government leaders, contributing to the BVI’s rise as a top finance hub. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of the West Indies, a Master’s in International Relations from Tufts University. In April 2023, was sworn as Deputy Premier and Minister for Financial Services, Labour, and Trade.
CEO of BVI Finance, has extensive global work experience and is recognized for expanding BVI’s financial services worldwide. She held roles at BVI House Asia, BVI London Office, and various BVI organizations, contributing to build strategic relationships and seminars on BVI’s financial services business. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Carleton University and Columbia University. Author of numerous articles on BVI’s role as a leading international finance center.
