Our philosophy

The 1841 Foundation was formed to uphold what we believe to be a number of fundamental rights that individuals are owed by progressive governments:

  • The right to not be taxed unnecessarily and punitively.
  • The right to speak up against those countries and governments that fail to protect individual privacy or property rights.
  • The rights of governments to protect and promote low tax or tax neutral jurisdictions.
As 1841 is non-profit organization, all funds raised go towards funding the projects that we feel land directly in our mandate. By becoming a member, or making a donation, you will be supporting the many projects that we have underway. We will ensure that the majority of the funds that we do raise are deployed for active campaigns or activities and, that we operate well within the Charity Watch guidelines.
